Why is Activity Important?

Birch juice contains more than 60 plant-based nutrients, many of which are extremely sensitive to temperature, light, and air, such as:

Betulin & triterpenes
Easily destroyed by high temperature
Polyphenols & flavonoids
Rapidly oxidized and ineffective when exposed to oxygen
Volatile substances such as vitamin C
Decompose and mutate during conventional freezing

Technology

Our "Activity Retention Process"

We Don't:

We don't use ultra-high temperature sterilization for extended periods (which can cause loss of active ingredients).
We don't use standard (ordinary) freezer storage for repeated freeze-thaw cycles (which can destroy nutrients).
We don't perform secondary extractions using the "ice pack + steam + re-juice" method (which can cause cloudy taste and bacterial contamination).

We Insist On:

6-Hour Golden Process

From collection to filling, the entire process takes no more than 6 hours, with temperature control, light protection, and sterile sealing throughout.

Physical membrane sterilization + instant high-temperature inactivation

Using high-precision membrane filtration technology (not chemical sterilization) to maximize the preservation of active nutrient molecular structures, Only a brief instant high-temperature treatment (instant inactivation) is performed to avoid secondary contamination and preserve phenols and triterpenes.

Reject inefficient freezing

Reject repeated freeze-thaw cycles in -18°C cold storage

Reject nutrient decomposition, flavor change, or yellowing.

We select birch trees that are over 30 years old and implement manual harvesting every three years.

Non-destructive acquisition technology

Minimally invasive drilling is used to insert a food-grade catheter to collect sap from the tree. After collection, the hole is sealed with natural resin to promote healing.

Manual transportation down the mountain

The entire process of transportation down the mountain is done manually to ensure efficient and safe transportation and loading.

Air dry the surface moisture

Birch sap is a source of life that can be revived at -40℃. It contains powerful vitality and requires groundbreaking technology to preserve its freshness.

Automated cleaning of surface impurities

Using low-temperature circulating airflow and a controlled humidity environment, the raw materials are evenly attached to the special carrier, slowly evaporating water and retaining the active ingredients.
